One login per person, the access their job needs and nothing more, and the agent held to the same rule. It reads before it can change anything, and it asks before it sends.
Kept online and up to date
Agents we host run on machines we own. We back them up, test every update on our own machine first, and roll it out when it's safe. If something breaks at two in the morning, we get woken up, not you.

We look at what it did, tune what's off, and tell you what changed on the platform side that matters to you. When a better platform comes along, we move you over.
